Five gates. Nothing passes on a verbal OK.
Every gate produces a signed check sheet that goes into your order file. If a lot fails, it is reworked at our cost before it leaves the floor — you are never asked to accept a compromise to save a ship date.
Quality Control Architecture
Five documented quality gates.
Fabric in
4-point system
Every roll inspected and scored before it goes near a cutting table. Rolls that fail are returned, not cut around.
Cutting
Shade & shrinkage
Lay audit, shade-band segregation and bundle tagging so a single garment never mixes two dye lots.
Inline
Every operation
Measured against your physical gold-seal sample at each operation, not against the last piece that passed.
End of line
100% check
Every piece checked and passed through metal detection before it reaches the packing table.
Final audit
AQL 2.5 / 4.0
Statistical audit to 2.5 major and 4.0 minor — or your protocol. Third-party inspectors welcome.
Nothing moves to the next gate without a signed check sheet. Failed lots are reworked at our cost before they leave the floor.
Contractual Commitments
Four written quality guarantees.
Sample-to-Bulk Matching
Bulk production is audited against your physical signed gold-seal pre-production sample at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor. Any non-conforming lot is reworked at RLO’s expense before ex-factory.
Third-Party Inspection Rights
You have the absolute right to appoint third-party QA inspectors (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, QIMA, TÜV) prior to dispatch. Balance payment is tied directly to a passed inspection report.
Airfreight Differential Coverage
If RLO misses the agreed ex-factory date due to an internal delay, RLO covers the airfreight cost differential to ensure your retail landing date is met.
Cotton Traceability (UFLPA)
Full supply-chain documentation from yarn spinning mill to finished garment maintained to comply with US UFLPA and EU chemical REACH standards.
